And Saul said unto David, Go, and the LORD be with thee. 1 Samuel 17:42 And when the Philistine looked about, and saw David, he disdained him: for he was but a youth, and ruddy, and of a fair countenance. 1 Samuel 18:12 And Saul was afraid of David, because the LORD was with him, and was departed from Saul. 1 Samuel 18:13 Therefore Saul removed him from him, and made him his captain over a thousand; and he went out and came in before the people. 1 Samuel 18:14 And David behaved himself wisely in all his ways; and the LORD was with him. 1 Samuel 18:28 And Saul saw and knew that the LORD was with David, and that Michal Saul' s daughter loved him. 1 Samuel 20:5 And David said unto Jonathan, Behold, tomorrow is the new moon, and I should not fail to sit with the king at meat: but let me go, that I may hide myself in the field unto the third day at even.
