Genesis 26:25 And he built an altar there, and called upon the name of the LORD, and pitched his tent there: and there Isaac' s servants digged a well. Genesis 26:32 And it came to pass the same day, that Isaac' s servants came, and told him concerning the well which they had digged, and said unto him, We have found water. Genesis 29:2 And he looked, and behold a well in the field, and, lo, there were three flocks of sheep lying by it; for out of that well they watered the flocks: and a great stone was upon the well' s mouth. Genesis 29:8 And they said, We cannot, until all the flocks be gathered together, and till they roll the stone from the well' s mouth; then we water the sheep. Genesis 29:10 And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother' s brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother' s brother, that Jacob went near, and rolled the stone from the well' s mouth, and watered the flock of Laban his mother' s brother. Exodus 2:15 Now when Pharaoh heard this thing, he sought to slay Moses. But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh, and dwelt in the land of Midian: and he sat down by a well.
