Genesis 25:20 And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padan -aram, the sister to Laban the Syrian. Genesis 28:2 Arise, go to Padan -aram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother' s father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother' s brother. Genesis 28:5 And Isaac sent away Jacob: and he went to Padan -aram unto Laban, son of Bethuel the Syrian, the brother of Rebekah, Jacob' s and Esau' s mother. Genesis 28:6 When Esau saw that Isaac had blessed Jacob, and sent him away to Padan -aram, to take him a wife from thence; and that as he blessed him he gave him a charge, saying, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan; Genesis 28:7 And that Jacob obeyed his father and his mother, and was gone to Padan -aram; Genesis 31:18 And he carried away all his cattle, and all his goods which he had gotten, the cattle of his getting, which he had gotten in Padan -aram, for to go to Isaac his father in the land of Canaan. Genesis 33:18 And Jacob came to Shalem, a city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan, when he came from Padan -aram; and pitched his tent before the city. Genesis 35:9 And God appeared unto Jacob again, when he came out of Padan -aram, and blessed him. Genesis 35:26 And the sons of Zilpah, Leah' s handmaid; Gad, and Asher: these are the sons of Jacob, which were born to him in Padan -aram. Genesis 46:15 These be the sons of Leah, which she bore unto Jacob in Padan -aram, with his daughter Dinah: all the souls of his sons and his daughters were thirty and three. Genesis 48:7 And as for me, when I came from Padan, Rachel died by me in the land of Canaan in the way, when yet there was but a little way to come unto Ephrath: and I buried her there in the way of Ephrath; the same is Beth-lehem.
