Judges 21:9 For the people were numbered, and, behold, there were none of the inhabitants of Jabesh -gilead there. Judges 21:10 And the congregation sent hither twelve thousand men of the most valiant, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabesh -gilead with the edge of the sword, with the women and the children. Judges 21:12 And they found among the inhabitants of Jabesh -gilead four hundred young virgins, that had known no man by lying with any male: and they brought them unto the camp to Shiloh, which is in the land of Canaan. Judges 21:23 And the children of Benjamin did so, and took them wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them. And he turned aside, and sat down. Ruth 4:2 And he took ten men of the elders of the city, and said, Sit ye down here. And they sat down. Ruth 4:4 And I thought to advertise thee, saying, Buy it before the inhabitants, and before the elders of my people. If thou wilt redeem it , redeem it : but if thou wilt not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know: for there is none to redeem it beside thee; and I am after thee. And he said, I will redeem it . 1 Samuel 1:9 So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk.
